ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital Police apprehended 11 outlaws from different areas of the city and recovered drugs and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directives, the Kohsar police team arrested four drug peddlers and bootlegger namely Ifeanyichukwu Elijah, Qamar Shahzad, Yousaf Masih and Rameez Elahi and recovered 3390 gram heroin and 10 liters liquor from their possession.
Similarly, the Bani Gala police team arrested an accused namely Arbaz Mumtaz Anwar and recovered two 30 bore pistols with ammunition from his possession. Shalimar police arrested an accused involved in drug peddling namely Nelson Ruzzy and recovered 550 gram heroin from his possession.
Moreover, the Tarnol police team arrested an accused namely Khalid and recovered 1050 gram hashish from his possession. The Sangjani police team arrested three accused namely Muhammad Ali, Shafi Ullah and Adil and recovered 1120 gram hashish and two 30 bore pistols with ammunition from their possession.
Furthermore, the Khanna police arrested an accused namely Sani Mukhtiar Masih and recovered one 9mm pistol with ammunition from his possession. Cases have been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
3 wanted bike lifters caught, 4 stolen bikes recovered
ISLAMABAD: PS Sangjani police team apprehended 03 wanted members of a bike lifter gang involved in numerous bike lifting incidents and recovered 04 stolen bikes and spare parts from their possession. Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police had started a crackdown against criminal elements involved in car and bike lifting incidents in order to save the precious lives and property of citizens.
Following these directives, the Sangjani police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending 03 wanted members of a bike lifter gang involved in numerous bike lifting incidents.
Police team also recovered 04 stolen motorbikes and spare parts from their possession. The accused were identified as Ehsan Ullah, Hashim Javed and Umer khan. Cases have already been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway. During the preliminary investigation the accused confessed to being involved in numerous bike lifting incidents.
Thief gang busted, 2 vehicles, valuables worth Rs 12m recovered
ISLAMABAD: PS Tarnol team arrested two wanted members of a thief gang involved in theft activities and recovered two stolen vehicles and stolen valuables worth Rs 12 million from their possession.
Following the special directions of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city. Following these directions, a Tarnol police station team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending two wanted members of a thief gang involved in numerous theft activities. The accused were identified as Muhammad Jamshed and Shahid.
Police team also recovered two stolen vehicles and four generators worth Rs 12 million from their possession. Case has been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.

two in murder case
ISLAMABAD: PS Bara Kaho and Homicide Wing arrested two accused including a woman involved in murder.
According to details, on 16.03.2023 Bhara Kahu police station received an application from a citizen namely Rizwan Aslam who stated that his elder brother namely Muhammad Imran Aslam Khan was tortured by his wife namely Irum Bibi and her brother Ali Akbar who was later stabbed to death. Upon receiving the application, the Bhara Kahu Police team registered a case no. 133 under section 302/34 PPC. Following this incident a special investigation team was constituted. The police team utilized all available resources and used technical and scientific methods and arrested two accused namely Irum Bibi (wife) and her brother Ali Akbar, while further investigation is underway.
