11 arrested, drugs & arms recovered

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital Police apprehended 11 outlaws from different areas of the city and recovered drugs and weapons from their possession.
Following the special directions of Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad Capital Police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city. Following these directions, the Kohsar police team arrested an accused namely Zahid Hussain and recovered 222 heroin from his possession. The Margalla police team arrested an accused namely Abid and recovered one 30 bore pistol from his possession.
Likewise, the Industrial Area police team arrested an accused namely Jannat Gul and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession. The Phulgran police team arrested an accused namely Zeeshan and recovered 1020 gram hashish from his possession. Similarly, the Shahzad Town police team arrested an accused namely Muhammad Shahbaz and recovered one 30 bore pistol from his possession. The Khanna police team arrested an accused namely Muhammad Waseem and recovered one iron punch from his possession. Moreover, the Koral police team arrested four accused namely Habib Ur Rehman, Muhammad Waseem, Abdul Ghani, and Ali Rasheed involved in illegally selling petrol. The Humak police team arrested an accused namely Atiq Ur Rehman and recovered 250 gram heroin from his possession. Cases have been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
