12 including five absconders busted

ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops apprehended twelve outlaws including five absconders from different areas of the city and recovered drugs and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directives, the Secretariat police team arrested an accused namely Shoukat Iqbal and recovered 510 gram hashish from his possession. Likewise, the Bani Gala police team arrested an accused namely Muhammad Azkar and recovered one 30 bore pistol from his possession.
Similarly, the Golra police team arrested an accused namely Hamad Ali and recovered a 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession, while the police team also arrested an accused namely Muhammad Rohail involved in illegally selling petrol. Moreover, the Sihala police team arrested an accused namely Muhammad Riaz and recovered one 30 bore pistol from his possession. Karachi Company police team arrested two professional baggers.
During the crackdown against proclaimed offenders and court absconders, the Islamabad capital police teams arrested five absconders from different areas of the city. Cases have been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
