ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital territory Police, during a drive against anti-social elements arrested 13 outlaws during the last 24 hours from different areas of the city.
According to the details, a Koral police team apprehended an accused identified as Rabnawaz. Police team also recovered 03stolen bikes were stolen from Koral and Lohibher areas. Further investigation is underway for more recovery.
Police teams also arrested a snatcher namely Nasir and recovered snatch cash and one pistol along with ammunition use in crime.
Further-more Kohsar police arrested two accused namely Ali Javed and Waleed alias Wali and recovered two 30 bore pistols along with ammunition from their possession.
Shalimar police team arrested a lady drug peddlers namely Seami alias Sajni and recovered 1280 gram hashish from her. Lohibher police arrested two accused namely Yousaf and Kamran and recovered two 30 bore pistols along with ammunition from their possession.
Shehzad Town police arrested a drug peddler namely Asim Iqbal and recovered 1210 gram hashish from him. Khanna police arrested two accused namely Imran and Anwar Hussain and recovered two 30 bore pistols from their possession.
Noon police apprehended two accused namely Ahmed Khan and Adnan Khan and recovered 1150 gram hashish and one 30 bore pistol from their possession. likewise Sabzi Mandi police recovered a stolen Suzuki mehran car from the possession of accused Haleem Badshah.
Cases have been registered against the nominated accused and further investigation is underway.
Islamabad Capital Territory police have accelerated its efforts against criminal elements in the city to curb the crime and to save the lives and property of the citizens. Citizens are also requested to cooperate with police and inform about any suspicious activity around them.
