ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police are conducting an effective crackdown across the federal capital to ensure the safety of citizens’ lives and property by curbing crime and apprehending criminal elements.
In this regard, police teams from Ramana, Tarnol, Sabzi Mandi, Shams Colony, Noon, Kirpa and Humak police stations arrested eight accused and recovered 3,750 gram hashish, 215 gram ice and five pistols with ammunition from their possession.
Cases have been registered against the nabbed accused, and further investigations are underway. Additionally, during a special campaign to apprehend absconders and proclaimed offenders, five criminals were also arrested.
