ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops apprehended 16 outlaws from different areas of the city and recovered drugs and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
Following the special directions of Islamabad Capital City Police officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directives, the Aabpara police team arrested the accused namely Irfan and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession. Secretariat police team arrested the accused namely Ahmad Arshad and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession. Kohsar police team arrested two accused namely Faraz Abid and Muhammad Siddique and recovered two 30 bore pistols with ammunition from their possession.
Likewise, Bhara Kahu police team arrested the accused namely Abu Zar Ghaffari and recovered 5100 grams of hashish from his possession. The Phulgran police team arrested the accused namely Inayat Muhammad and recovered and one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession. Karachi Company police team arrested a bootlegger namely Akash and recovered 12 bottles of wine from his possession.
Furthermore, the Ramna police team arrested an accused namely Najeem Khan and recovered 330 gram of hashish from his possession. Golra police team arrested two accused namely Ghulam Abbas and Muhammad Asif and recovered 1533 gram of heroin from their possession. Khanna police team arrested an accused namely Muhammad Naseer and recovered 1080 gram of heroin from his possession.
Moreover, the Kirpa police team arrested an accused namely Dawood Asif and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession, while the police team also arrested the accused namely Waqar Ahmad involved in illegally selling petrol. Lohi Bher police team arrested an accused namely Aamir and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession.
During the ongoing crackdown against absconders and proclaimed offenders, the Islamabad capital police teams arrested two absconders from various areas of the city. Cases have been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
