ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Lohi Bher police have arrested two robbers involved in numerous robbery incidents.
Following the orders of the IGP Islamabad Muhammad Ahsan Younas massive crackdown against the criminals is continued in the city.
According to details, a police team of lohi bher police station under supervision of SP Rural Zia Uddin headed by SHO Lohi bher SI Mamtaz Baig and other officials arrested two accused namely Muhammad Imran and Nabeel Ahmad.
Police team also recovered weapons from their possession. The accused have confessed numerous robbery incidents in lohi bher areas.
The accused have also a criminal record, further investigation is underway.
IGP Islamabad Muhammad Ahsan Younas further directed all zonal officers to intensify the crackdown against criminals in their respective areas and arrest the accused looting citizens and recover looted valuables.
