ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital Police Shahzad Town police teams arrested two wanted members of snatcher gang involved in numerous snatching activities and recovered cash, mobile phones and weapons used in crime from their possession.
Following the special directions of DIG Operations Islamabad Syed Shahzad Nadeem Bukhari, the Islamabad Capital Police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, the Shahzad Town police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending two wanted members of a snatcher gang involved in numerous snatching activities. The accused were identified as Saim Ashfaq and Sifat Ali.
Police team also recovered snatched cash, mobile phones and weapons used in crime from their possession. Cases have been registered against the accused and further investigation is underway.
