ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops apprehended 23 outlaws including 15 absconders from different areas of the city and recovered drugs and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
Following the special directions of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directives, the Kohsar police team arrested an accused namely Sajid and recovered 150 gram heroin from his possession. Bani Gala police arrested an accused namely Asif and recovered semi automatic rifle with ammunition from his possession
Similarly, the Karachi Company police team arrested an accused namely Munawar Ehsan involved in illegally gas refilling. Golra police team arrested two accused namely Muhammad Idris and Zulfiqar involved in illegally selling petrol. Moreover, the Sangjani police team arrested an accused namely Noor Muhammad and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession. Khanna police arrested an accused namely Zubair Ali and recovered 1360 gram hashish from his possession. Furthermore, the Nilore police team arrested an accused namely Ehsan Ali and recovered one 12 bore carbine with ammunition from his possession.
