ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops conducted a search operation at sector H-12 rounding up some 28 suspects.
According to details, during search operation, 28 suspects were rounded up and shifted to police station for interrogation. 13 motorbikes without documents were also impounded while 1.100 kilograms hashish was also recovered.
DIG Operations, on the other hand, has said that the purpose of these search operations was to heighten the security of the Capital and to curb crime at large. He further directed all police officials for high vigilance and monitoring against those involved in anti-social activities.
The DIG emphasized that it was the collective responsibility of every person of the society to remain alert against those involved in criminal activities in their surroundings and to inform the cops for action against them. “Safety of life and property of the citizens is our prime responsibility and no stone would be left unturned in this regard,†the DIG added.
