ISLAMABAD: Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, Islamabad Police is continuously working to maintain peace and tranquility in the federal capital and ensure the protection of citizens’ lives and property.
In this regard, the Islamabad Police Shalimar police station have arrested all three accused involved in the acid attack.
The incident, which took place on September 4th in the sector F-10 area, involved the accused Shumaila, who, with the help of her associates, attacked the victim Alisha with acid due to personal grudges.
After the attack, the accused had fled. IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi took prompt action by forming a special police team.
The arrested accused have been identified as Shumaila, Sajid Mahmood, and Sardar Wali. The police team traced the accused using advanced technical and human resources.
