ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police’s Anti vehicle lifting Unit (AVLU) police team arrested three wanted members of a car lifter gang involved in numerous vehicle activities and recovered five stolen vehicles from their possession.
Following the special directions of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, the AVLU police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending three wanted member of a car lifter gang. The accused were identified as Noman Rasheed, Muhammad Irfan and Fakher Alam. Cases were registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
