ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police have intensified its crackdown against drug peddlers in the federal capital under the special directives of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi.
In line with these directives, zonal police officers have been instructed to further accelerate and strengthen ongoing operations against narcotics dealers to eliminate drug-related activities.
As part of this campaign, Shalimar police station team arrested 04 drug peddlers and recovered a significant quantity of ice (crystal meth) from their possession. The arrested accused were identified as Waqar Ahmed, Asghar, Rehman Hassan, and Khurram Shahzad. Cases have been registered against them and further investigation is underway.
