BEIJING: The fourth Qingdao Multinationals Summit is scheduled from October 10 to 12 in Qingdao, east China’s Shandong Province, amid the country’s efforts to promote high-quality opening-up.
Themed “Multinational Corporations and China,” the summit will feature a range of activities, including multinational corporation symposiums and closed-door meetings on policies organized by ministries and commissions, Chen Chunjiang, assistant minister of commerce, told a press conference on Friday.
Chen added the summit will focus on six topics, including new trends in industrial investment, achievements in optimizing the business environment, and international cooperation in the digital economy. –Agencies
