SHEIKHUPURA: Five labourers were scorched and hospitalized when fuel tanker in a factory exploded here on Sunday, rescue sources said. According to details, a group of labourers was engaged in welding work inside a factory located at Sharqpur Road in Sheikhupura when the diesel tank blasted due to leakage.
Five labourers present near the scene including Mujahid 35, Muhammad Siddique 38, Muhammad Azam 40, Mubbashir 50, and Waseem 21, were scorched due to blast. The Rescue 1122 teams shifted the wounded labourers to hospital.–Agencies
