ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police Margalla Police Station team arrested six accused allegedly involved in a theft at the residence of the Nawab of Bahawalpur family. Stolen valuables, precious items and cash worth over Rs. 70 million were recovered from their possession. A case has been registered, and further investigation is underway.
Following the special directions of SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza, Islamabad Police is continuing its crackdown against accused involved in theft, robbery, street crime and other serious offences across the federal capital. Effective operations are being carried out to apprehend criminal elements and prevent crime.
SSP Operations Islamabad directed all officers to intensify action against those involved in depriving citizens of their valuable assets and ensure their arrest. Islamabad Police urges citizens to cooperate with the police in eliminating crime and immediately report any suspicious activity or person to the relevant police station or the emergency helpline “Pukar-15”.
