Worcester: Pakistan’s limited-overs captain Babar Azam dismissed Shaheen Shah Afridi on the only ball he bowled in the two-day practice match on Sunday.
Babar in the final over of the second day removed Shaheen who tried to go over the top but the ball got elevated and went into the hands of the fielder.
It must be noted that a two-day practice match between PCB Green and PCB White ended in a draw. PCB White scored 338 for five (89.1 overs) in their innings in reply to PCB Green’s tally of 318 for eight in 90 overs on day one of the match.
Pakistan team will arrive in Derby today for their second phase of training ahead of first Test against England in Old Trafford, Manchester.– Agencies
