Plan set to implement Kazakh President’s speech

NUR-SULTAN: At the government session on September 9 chaired by the Prime Minister Askar Mamin, the National Action Plan for the implementation of the September 1 Address of the President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev “Kazakhstan in a New Reality: Time for Action” was adopted, daily mail learned from the PM’s official portal primeminister.kz.
The National Plan presented by the Minister of National Economy Ruslan Dalenov consists of 143 points in key areas, designated by the Head of State, including “a new model of public administration”, “economic development in new realities”, “balanced territorial development’’, “social well-being of citizens is the main priority”, “affordable and high-quality education”, “development of the health care system”, “ecology and protection of biodiversity”, “fair state protects the interests of citizens”, “digitalization is the basic element of all reforms”, and “civic participation in government”.
The prime minister said that the main task of the Government is to improve the welfare of the people, develop the economy and create permanent jobs. The new system of budget planning will ensure national priorities and introduce an “expanded budget,” taking into account extra-budgetary funds.
In order to ensure the social well-being of citizens, measures will be taken to expand the affordability of housing, create favorable family and demographic conditions, improve the environment, the quality of education, and improve the healthcare system.
“The National Action Plan for the implementation of the Address of the Head of State presented today meets the set objectives. After the President’s approval of the plan, all government agencies and akimats (state administrations) must immediately start implementing it,” Mamin said.–Agencies
