-Expresses satisfaction over security arrangements

Islambad: IG visits G-6 imambaragh, expresses satisfaction over security arrangements Inspector General Islamabad Muhammad Amir Zulfiqar Khan here on Wednesday visited G-6 Imambargah Asna Ashri and reviewed the security arrangements for the procession of chehlum. DIG Operations Waqaruddin Syed, Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Muhammad Hamza Shafqat, SSP CTD Syed Mustafa Tanveer and other senior officers were also accompanied the IG during his visit.
Muhammad Amir Zulfiqar Khan during his expressed satisfaction over the excellent security arrangements and directed that officials to perform the duty with full commitment and dedication. The IG directed the police officials to check and briefed the jawans performing duties on the roofs.
The IG appreciated all the officers and jawans for their efforts for providing foolproof to the faithful participating in the procession of chehlum
The capital police had made foolproof security arrangements and deployed more than 2,500 police officers and janwans including Rangers on security duty.
