Nong Rong proposes Online Pakistan, China exchanges

ISLAMABAD: The Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Nong Rong on Wednesday proposed to make an online agricultural information exchange platform between Pakistan and China.
He made the remarks when meeting with Federal Minister for National Food Security and Research Syed Fakhar Imam here, according to sources.
The Ambassador recognized Pakistan’s potential in agriculture, urbanization and industrialization.
Speaking on the occasion, the minister said that Pakistan attaches great value to its relations with China and cooperation between the two countries was ideal.
The minister suggested foreign exchange programs between the two countries for education and research, especially adaptive research for agriculture to translate Pakistan’s potential to fruitful effort.
An official statement said that both sides agreed to work together to further strengthen the bilateral alliance and looked forward to a warm, cordial, productive and meaningful relationship.
