14 busted, drugs recoverd

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad police arrested 14 outlaws including proclaimed offender and recovered hashish, heroine, wine and weapons from their possession. According to details, SP (Saddar-Zone) Muhammad Sarfraz Virk constituted special police team nder the supervision of SDPOs including SHOs along with others.
Ramna police arrested accused Muhammad Sher and recovered 1.340 kilogram hashish from him. Golra police team arrested a lady accused Noor Jahan and recovered 1200 gram hashish from him.
Shalimar police arrested two acused Haider Ali and Akram and recovered 1.194 kilogram heroin from their possession. Sihala police arrested accused Arshad Mehmood and recovered 20 liter alcohol from him. Bhara Kahu police arrested two accused Abdul- Qayyum and Yasir and recovered 170 gram heroine and 152 gram hashish from their possession.
Bani gala police arrested accused Aamir and recovered 117 gram heroine from him. Secretariat police arrested accused Muhammad Saeed and recovered 130 gram hashish from him. Kohsar police arrested accused Shafiqe and recovered 210 gram hashish from him. Nilor police arrested accused Muhammad Raiz and recovered Muhammad Raiz and recovered 1.210 kilogram heroine from him.
More-over SP (Industrial-Area ) Liquate Hayat Niazi constituted special police team including SHO I-Area Inspector Asjad Mehmood along with other officials arrested two drug pusher namely Jamshed Messiah and Ilyas Messiah and recovered 30 liters alcohol and 1.320 kilogram hashish from their possession. While police team arrested a wanted proclaimed offender involved in dacoity and firing on police officials. In the year 2017, two accused snatched cash and money from a man at gunpoint on IJP Road. Police team arrested one accused Ashraf while the accomplice Salahuddin opened fire to rescue the arrested accused and seriously injured policeman Abdul Hameed.
A case has been registered against the accused under the Anti-Terrorism Act at I-9 police station. Police team has arrested the PO Salahuddin. During the preliminary investigation, the accused has confessed that he had committed several robberies and also involved in murder of Raja Muhammad Ashraf. DIG (Operations) Islamabad Afzaal Ahmed Kausar also categorically asked all police officials to focus on resolving the public complaints and take every possible step to provide maximum relief to citizens.
