ISLAMABAD: Ambassador of China to Pakistan, His Excellency Nong Rong had a meeting with the Management of Center for Global & Strategic Studies (CGSS), Islamabad comprising Major General Hafiz Masroor Ahmed (Retd)and Mr. Khalid Taimur Akramat the Embassy of China to Pakistan on Wednesday.
During the meeting, various projects were discussed to enhance bilateral ties between China and Pakistan. Furthermore, projects to improve academic linkages between institutions of China and Pakistan were also brought under consideration.
According to a presser released by CGSS, His Excellency Nong Rong appreciated CGSS for its significant role in enhancing bilateral ties between Pakistan and China. He also acknowledged research conducted by CGSS for countering negative propaganda against China and CPEC projects.
It was also agreed that CGSS will facilitate arranging various programs/events across Pakistan to celebrate the “75th Anniversary of Pakistan and China Diplomatic Ties”. – PR
