Hungary to consider opening air hub in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek: Minister of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic Gulmira Abdraliyeva met on Tuesday with Hungarian Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Sandor Doroga. The press service of the Kyrgyz Transport Ministry reported that an issue of opening flights between the two countries was considered during the meeting.
First Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications Almaz Turgunbayev, Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Kyrgyz Transport Ministry Bakyt Dzhunushaliyev, Deputy Director General of Manas International Airport OJSC Abdimalik Busurmankulov and others took part in the meeting. Minister Abdraliyeva noted the leadership of the country attaches particular importance to the issue of opening flights between the two countries. She also noted that the draft Intergovernmental Agreement on Air Communication between Kyrgyzstan and Hungary was sent to the Hungarian side.
In turn, Ambassador Sandor Doroga said representatives of the Hungarian airline Wizz Air are expected to visit Kyrgyzstan on June 7 to hold detailed meetings to discuss the opening of the flight.. – Agencies
