FAISALABAD: The Deputy Commissioner, Ali Shehzad reached at various road sites early in the morning in order to check the cleanliness situations in the city and inspected the cleaning operation on the roads too.
CEO Faisalabad Waste Management Company, Kashif Raza Awan and other officers of the company were also present at the spot.
The Deputy Commissioner visited Kachehri Bazaar, Chowk Clock Tower, Samanabad, Madani Chowk, Novelty Bridge, Djikot road and other areas and while inspecting the presence of waste workers, he said that the cleaning process should be completed in the city before the commencement of normal life. He said adding that, more steps should be taken to raise the standard of cleanliness so that this city of Industries’ might seem as clean and beautiful in all respects as per the expectations of the citizens.
