ISLAMABAD: FIA’s Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Islamabad, while operating against anti-social elements, busted a fake travel agent, wanted in three separate cases.
According to details, accused Shahzad Gul S/O Muhammad Younas, has been involved in Turkey’s fake visa fraud. Moreover, the culprit had lured three simpletons into jobs abroad and minted Rs.12 lakhs from them.
FIA Islamabad Zone received complaints against a fake agent Shahzad Gul who had been luring unemployed youth of prospective jobs in Turkey and minting money from them. Thus inquiries were reported at FIA’s Anti-Human Trafficking Circle. On the special directives of Deputy Director Anti-Human Trafficking Unit FIA Zubair Ahmad Sheikh, during investigation, strong evidence was received against the accused. Thus a respective case was registered against him.
The culprit was arrested by Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Islamabad’s SI Muhammad Shakir, through successful raid. A 2-day physical remand of the crook has been acquired from the relevant courts while further investigation is underway.
Director FIA Islamabad Waqar Ahmad Chohan has warned that strict action would go on against those looting masses under immigration fraud.
