Cops hand over looted cash worth 1.2m to citizen

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Koral police station has recovered cash worth Rs. 1.2 million looted from a citizen.
The recovered cash was handed over to its rightful owner during a ceremony held at Central Police Office Islamabad. IGP Islamabad Muhammad Ahsan Younas and SP Rural were also present at the occasion.
The citizen thanked IGP Islamabad and police team of koral police station for returning him his looted money.
IGP Islamabad, while talking on the occasion said that Islamabad police have arrested numerous criminal gangs involved in heinous crimes and recovered looted valuables which were handed over to the rightful owners adding that the AVLC has recovered 46 vehicles recently.
Islamabad police chief maintained that Islamabad police will not left any stone unturned to secure the life and property of the citizens.
