Eight including two snatchers held

-Bikes, valuables & arms recovered

ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops caught eight outlaws including four members of a snatchers’ gang from different areas of the city andrecovered two snatched motorbikes, mobile phones, cash, drugs and weapons withammunition during the last 24 hours.
DIG Operations Sohail Zafar Chatha had categorically ordered all zonalofficers to curb the crime in their respective areas and arrest those involvedin looting innocent people and involved in illegal activities.
Following these directives, Shams Colony police station team arrested two members of a snatchers’ gang namely Hijrat Jamal and Ibrahim and recovered two snatched motorbikes, mobile phones, cash and two pistols with ammunition from their possession. Accused have previous criminal record also and different cases were already registered against them at PS Shams Colony.

PS Bara Kaho arrested two members of a snatchers gang namely Saul Khanand Sami Ullah and recovered snatched cash and two pistols with ammunitionfrom their possession.Accused have previous criminal record also and cases were registered against them in PS Bara Kaho.
Similarly, PS Tarnol and PS Shalimarteams apprehended two accused Ikram Khan and Arham Ikram and recovered onepistol along with ammunition and one bottle wine from their possession.
Moreover, PS Koral team busted accused Asad Hussain and recovered one pistol with ammunition from his possession. Likewise, PS Noon nabbed a drug peddler namely Sajjad Ali and recovered 1215 gram hashish from him.
Cases against all the nominated accused have been registered and further investigation is underway.
