ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops arrested 11 from various parts of the city and recovered drugs, hukkah and flavours and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
DIG Operations Sohail Zafar Chatha had categorically ordered all zonal officers to curb the crime in their respective areas and arrest those involved in looting innocent people and involved in illegal activities.
Following these directives, Bani Gala police apprehended the accused namely Zulifqar and recovered 230 gram hashish from his possession.
Sangjani police arrested a drug peddler namely Syed Ali and recovered 1510 gram hashish from his posesssion. Shalimar police arrested an afghan national accused Zafar Mehmood living Pakistan illigelly.Sabzi Mandi police arrested accused namely Ramzan and recovered 1040 gram hashish from their possession. Moreover Shams Colony police arrested accused namely Zakram and recovered one 30 bore pistol along with ammounation from his possession. Noon Police arrested afghan national accused Talah living pakistan illegally, While police team arrested two accused Hamid Ullah and Abdul Rahim and recovered 1115 gram Opioum and one 30 bore pistol from their posession. Golra police team raided at illegal “Sheesha Center” and arrested accused Muhammad Danish and recovered hukkah and flavours from their possession.
Cases against all the nominated accused have been registered and further investigation is underway.While, during a special crackdown against absconders Noon and Kohsar police team nabbeda two proclaimed offender.
