ISLAMABAD: Effective policing measures for relief as well safety to citizens and welfare of policemen for better output are among top priorities of Islamabad capital police.
It was stated by Capital Police Officer (Security) Hassan Raza Khan while addressing Police Darbar held at security division to listen and resolve the professional and personal matters of the cops, a police public relations officer said.
He said that, the Police Darbar was held following the special directions of IGP) Islamabad Dr Akbar Nasir Khan, for police officials and was attended by SSP Security and other senior police officials.
The Capital Police Officer security lauded the role of police officials for performing duties effectively during the recent law and order situation in the city.
During the darbar, CPO Security listened to the problems of officials and ordered to solve them on the spot. He urged the officials to serve the public in a professional manner and always deal with the citizens in a decent way while interacting.
He further said that, various welfare steps including better accommodation and health facilities for cops have been initiated which would be further extended. He said that modern training techniques are being introduced for policemen so that they may perform effectively in the field.
CPO Security said that, his doors are always open for the policemen and utmost efforts would be made to resolve their problems. He stressed the need to improve skills for effective policing in the city and make it more secure.
