RAWALPINDI: The police arrested a fraudster posting as Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) of police, recovered police uniform, ranks and arms from his possession here on Friday.
Dhamial Police Rawalpindi investigated a suspect identified as Usama who claimed to be ASI police but he was proved to be impostor.
Police uniform, ranks and weapons were recovered from possession of the detained fake police official.
SP Saddar Muhammad Nabeel said that investigations against the accused were underway and he will be strict legal punishment.
