-Mobile phone & cash recovered
ISLAMABAD: PS Karachi company police team has arrested a wanted member of a pickpocket gang involved in numerous criminal activities and recovered cash, mobile phone from his possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad, special tasks were assigned to all zonal officers to curb the crime in their respective areas and arrest those involved in criminal activities and looting innocent people.
Following these directions, the Karachi Company police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending a wanted member of a pickpocket gang. The accused was identified as Faisal. The Police team also recovered a mobile phone and cash from his possession.
During the preliminary investigation, the accused confessed to being involved in numerous pick pocketing incidents in public places.
Cases were already registered against the nabbed accused in Karachi police station. Further investigation is underway.
Senior police officers appreciated the performance of the police team and said that Islamabad capital police are making all out efforts for the safety and security of citizens.
