-Looted cash recovered

ISLAMABAD: PS Secretariat team arrested three members of a criminal gang involved in snatching activities and recovered looted cash from their possession.
Following the special directions of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, the Islamabad capital police had categorically started a crackdown against criminal elements in order to save the precious lives and property of citizens.
Following the directions, a Secretariat police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending three members of a criminal gang involved in snatching activities. The accused were identified as Asad, Ehthisham and Shah Zaib. Police team also recovered looted cash from their possession. Case has been registered against the nabbed accused in and further investigation is underway.
Senior police officers appreciated the performance of the police team and added that it is the prime responsibility of police to provide relief to the citizens and every possible effort would be made to ensure it.
