ISLAMABAD: PS Ramna team arrested four accused involved in defrauding citizens by pretending to be government employees.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad, Islamabad capital police had categorically started a crackdown against criminal elements in order to save the precious lives and property of citizens.
During the crackdown, the Ramna police team used technical and human resources and arrested four accused involved in defrauding citizens by pretending to be government employees. The accused were identified as Mazhar Hussain, Muhammad Tasawar, Muhammad Abdullah and Naseer Ahmad.
Fir 1039/22 has been registered against the nabbed accused under section 420/170/34 PPC and further investigation is underway.
Safety of lives and property of the citizens is the prime responsibility of Islamabad capital police and every possible effort would be made to ensure it.
