Woman thief busted, stolen cash worth 1.4m recovered

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital Police women police team apprehended a lady thief involved in theft activities and recovered stolen cash 1.4 million from her possession and handed over the actual owner.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, a women police station team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending a lady thief involved in theft activity. The accused was identified as Tuba.
Police team also recovered stolen cash 1.4 millions from her possession and handed over to actual owner. Case has been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway. CPO/DIG Operations Syed Shehzad Nadeem Bukhari appreciated the performance of the police team and further directed the police teams to intensify efforts against the criminals involved in criminal activities.

Eight land grabbers
busted in grand operation

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital Police Sihala Police team has apprehended eight land grabbers during an operation against land grabbing mafia.
A grand operation against land grabbers is going on following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan.
According to the details, PS Sihala received a call from a citizen that some land grabbers and their operatives were trying to occupy his land. Upon receiving the information the Sihala police team immediately responded and arrested eight accused on the spot.
The accused were identified as Nisar, Liyaqat Khan, Muhammad Musa, Iftikhar Ahmed, Jamshed Khan, Zor Muhammad Khan, Mian Muhammad Bachaa and Badshah Rehman. Police team also recovered two 9mm pistols, two 30 bore pistols, one 12 bore shotgun, one 22 bore rifle and one saiga .308 rifle with ammunition from their possession.
Case has been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.

11 arrested, arms
& drugs recovered

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital Police apprehends 11 from different areas of the city and recovered drugs and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directives, the Ramna police team arrested three accused namely Asad Hussain, Muhammad Ijaz and Salem Gull involved in possessing illegal weapons and drug paddling and recovered one 32 bore revolver, one 30 bore pistol with ammunition and 1055 grams hashish from their possession.
Likewise, the Tarnol police team arrested an accused namely Dil War Jan involved in drug paddling and recovered 740 gram hashish from his possession.
Similarly, the Khanna police team arrested an accused Amman Ullah and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession. Sihala police team arrested two accused namely Aadil Malik and Hzrat Khan involved in drug paddling and possessing illegal weapons and recovered 110 grams heroin and one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from their possession.
During the crackdown against proclaimed offenders and court absconders, the Islamabad capital police teams arrested four absconders and proclaimed offenders from different areas of the city.
Cases have been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
CPO Operations Islamabad Syed Shehzad Nadeem Bukhari directed all senior officials for effective crackdown against the accused involved in drug peddling and possessing illegal weapons.
