Two booked for diesel theft

ISLAMABAD: PS Sabzi Mandi team arrested two accused involved in diesel theft activities and recovered stolen diesel from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements involved in theft activities in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, a Sabzi Mandi police station team used human resources and succeeded in apprehending two accused involved in diesel theft activities. The accused were identified as Qadir and Azmat Hussain. Police team also recovered stolen diesel from their possession. Case has been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.

Nine arrested, drugs
& arms recovered

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital Police apprehended nine outlaws from different areas of the city and recovered drugs and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directives, the Phulgran police team arrested two accused namely Tariq Masih and Jan Zeb involved in drug peddling and recovered 515 gram heroin and 640 graam hashish from their possession. Likewise, the Sabzi Mandi police team arrested an accused namely Ali Raza for possessing illegal weapons and recovered one dagger from his possession.
Similarly, the Margalla police team arrested an accused namely Muhammad Azam involved in drug peddling and recovered 520 gram hashish from his possession. The Sangjani police team arrested four accused namely Sabir Hussain, Muhammad Sadiq, Zohaib and Usman involved in drug peddling and possessing illegal weapons and recovered 1735 gram hashish, 100 gram Ice, one 30 bore pistol with ammunition and dagger from their possession.
Moreover, the Phulgran police team arrested an accused namely Azhar Mehmood involved in selling liquor and recovered 20 liters liquor from his possession. Cases have been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
