32 nabbed, valuables worth Rs 10.67 millions recovered

ISLAMABAD: PS Ramna police station arrested 32 outlaws including 10 proclaimed offenders and court absconders involved in a series of criminal activities during the last month.
PS Ramna eams also recovered looted items worth Rs 10.67 million including vehicles, motorbikes, mobile phones, cash, laptop and valuables from their possession.
According to the details, following the special directions of Inspector General of Police Islamabad Dr Akbar Nasir Khan, special tasks are assigned to all zonal DPOs and Police teams to arrest those involved in heinous crime and recover the looted items.
Following these directives, the Ramna police station teams under the supervision of SHO Ramna Rasheed Ahmad conducted a massive crackdown against the criminal elements and succeeded in apprehending 32 criminals and 10 absconders during the last month. Police teams also recovered vehicles, motorbikes, mobile phones, laptops, gold ornaments, cash and valuables worth Rs 10.67 million from their possession.
Ramna police teams arrested five accused including two active members of the gang involved in theft and street crime and recovered mobile phones and cash worth Rs 0.78 million from their possession. While 05 accused involved in house burglary activities were arrested and mobile phones, laptops, jewellery and cash worth Rs Rs 1 lakh 24 thousands recovered from their possession.
Similarly, 11 accused including 5 active members of 02 gangs involved in car and motorcycle lifting were arrested and 02 vehicles, 12 motorcycles and spare parts worth Rs 1.65 million recovered from their possession.
Moreover, a stolen vehicle worth Rs 07 million was recovered and action was also taken against the accused involved in it. During the crackdown against proclaimed offenders and court absconders, the Ramna police teams arrested 10 absconders and proclaimed offenders.

Cattle thief caught, stolen valuables recovered

ISLAMABAD: PS Koral police team apprehended a wanted member of a cattle thief gang involved in numerous theft incidents and recovered stolen valuables from his possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police had started a crackdown against criminal elements involved in theft activities in order to save the precious lives and property of citizens.
Following these directives, the Koral police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending a wanted member of a cattle thief gang involved in numerous theft incidents.
Police team also recovered stolen valuables from his possession. The accused was identified as Bashir Ahmed. Case has already been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
During the preliminary investigation the accused confessed to being involved in numerous theft incidents in the jurisdiction of the Khanna police station.

14 arrested, drugs
& weapons recovered

ISLAMABAD: Cops apprehended 14 outlaws from different areas of the city and recovered drugs and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directives, the Golra police team arrested an accused namely Deed Khan and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession. Likewise, the Shams colony police team apprehended an accused namely Muhammad Luqman involved in illegally selling petrol. Similarly, the Noon police arrested an accused namely Talah and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession. The Khanna police team arrested two accused namely Abdul Fahad and Tanveer Shahzad and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition and 1230 gram hashish from their possession.
Moreover, the Koral police team arrested an accused namely Shehryar and recovered 20 liters liquor from his possession. The Kirpa police team arrested an accused namely Abu Bakar and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession.
Furthermore, the Sihala police team arrested an accused namely Faisal and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession. The Lohi Bher police team arrested three accused namely Ali Hamza, Usama and Muhammad Atiq and recovered 545 gram heroin and two 30 bore pistols with ammunition from their possession.
During the crackdown against proclaimed offenders and court absconders, the Islamabad capital police teams arrested three absconders and proclaimed offenders from different areas of the city. Cases have been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.

Wanted snatcher gang busted, 3 motorbikes & valuables recovered

ISLAMABAD: PS Khanna police team arrested three wanted members of a snatcher gang involved in snatching activities and recovered three motorbikes, cash, mobile phones and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
Following the special directions of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, a Khanna police station team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending three members of a former jailbird snatcher gang involved in looting citizens at gunpoint. The accused were identified as Abdul Majid, Muhammad Bilal and Ehthisham.
Police team also recovered 03 motorbikes, cash, mobile phones and weapons with ammunition from their possession. During the preliminary investigation, the nabbed accused confessed their involvement in looting citizens at gunpoint. Cases have been registered against the accused and further investigation is underway.
