ISLAMABAD: PS Margalla team arrested an accused involved in possessing fake currency and recovered 12,000 rupees of fake currency notes and one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directives, during the special and snap checking SHO Margalla along with a police team nabbed an accused namely Haroon and recovered 12,000 rupees of fake currency notes and one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession. Fir no.297/23 has been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
