Book series details Party’s achievements

BEIJING: The Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Beijing on Tuesday released a book series on the historical experience accumulated from the endeavors of the Communist Party of China over the past century.
Each book in the 10-volume series features one of the 10 points of historical experience summarized in the “Resolution of the CPC Central Committee on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century”, which was made public on Nov 16,2021.
These 10 points include upholding the Party’s leadership, putting the people first, advancing theoretical innovation, staying independent and following the Chinese path.
With the latest materials and vivid examples, the series helps readers see why the Party made these major achievements in the past 102 years, and figure out how the Party will be able to continue to succeed in the future, according to Xin Xiangyang, director of the Academy of Marxism at CASS, who served as editor-in-chief of the book series and author of the volume that explains the idea of “remaining committed to self-reform”. Xin said the series, written by 10 scholars on Marxist studies, provides a panoramic depiction of the Party’s 100 years of history during which its members experienced struggles and sacrifice, and kept benefiting the people and advancing national rejuvenation. –The Daily Mail-China Daily news exchange item
