ISLAMABAD: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA)has sought details of Built-Up Property (BuP) awards, which were announced by CDA during the last one year.
The FIA, which has started an inquiry against land and estate wing of the CDA, through a letter directed the CDA to provide details of all BuP awardsand land during the tenure of member estate of CDA, who was transferred last month. The FIA also sought list of commercial properties, which were restored and of those, whose traders were changed, details of lease extention, details of plots allotted to migrated people having record of land in RL-2.
The details of inquiry of E-11 land scam, details of all plots for which the plot numbers were changed by process of corrigendum. The FIA also sought details of all plots allotted through balloting or without balloting , during the tenure of the said member.
“All details regarding the allotments made in lieu of the land against which ECs/permit were once issued along with the detail of forensic audit of ECs if any,” read the letter, adding that details of all Mohtasib decisions on the direction of which the allotments were made with or without balloting. –Agencies
