ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital Police apprehended 10 outlaws including two professional baggers from different areas of the city during the last 24 hours and recovered liquor, drugs and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
Following the special directions of Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad Capital Police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions the Aabpara police team arrested an accused namely Yasir and recovered 1860 gram hashish from his possession. Karachi Company police team arrested an accused namely Zakir Hussain and recovered eight bottles of wine from their possession. The Khanna police team arrested an accused namely Sher Khan and recovered one Kalashnikov from his possession. The Humak police team arrested two accused namely Muhammad Salik and Luqman and recovered two 9mm pistols from their possession.
Likewise, the Golra police team arrested an accused namely Abdul Ahad and recovered one 30 bore pistol from his possession. The Industrial Area police team arrested an accused namely Tayyab and recovered one 30 bore pistol from his possession. Cases have been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
