ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital police hosted a farewell ceremony for the outgoing Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCPO) personal secretary Manzoor Abbas who retired from his services after serving the force, a public relations officer said.
He said that the farewell ceremony was attended among others by Capital Police Officer (CPO) Headquarters and other senior officers. CPO Headquarters appreciated the services of PS Manzoor Abbasi and said that the officer had served in Islamabad Capital police with dedication and commitment.
PS Manzoor Abbasi joined Islamabad Capital Police as a stenographer and served at various posts in Islamabad Capital Police. Recently he was working as personal secretary to ICCPO.
The CPO Headquarters gave a souvenir to the outgoing officer and said that the services of Manzoor Abbasi would be remembered forever as he played a vital role in improving the image of the police force.
