ISLAMABAD: Following the special directions of Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCPO) Dr Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad Capital Police Security division conducted a three-day psychological workshop aimed at improving the performance and mental capabilities of officials.
This initiative seeks to enhance the aptitude of officials within the security division.
The workshop included a special psychological examination committee, chaired by SSP Security division while SP CTD, SP Headquarters, and psychological experts were the members of the committee.
Officers and personnel from the Security Division actively participated in the three-day workshop. The conclusion of the workshop saw recommendations formulated for resolving ongoing issues faced by officers and officials.
The Capital Police Officer Security division emphasized the department’s commitment to ensuring the safety and security of citizens round the clock, considering the challenging task of maintaining peace and order in the federal capital.
Recognizing the mental challenges faced by officers and officials in this endeavor, the decision to commence psychological assessments aims to further enhance their performance and address prevailing issues, he added.
