ISLAMABAD: PS Shalimar police team arrested four wanted members of the two snatcher gang involved in numerous snatching activities and recovered snatched motorbikes, cash, mobile phones and weapons from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, the Shalimar police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending four wanted members of the two snatchers gang involved in numerous snatching activities. The accused were identified as Abdul Khaliq, Muhammad Kalid, Rashid Ali and Najeeb Ullah.
Police team also recovered the snatched motorbikes, mobile phones, cash and weapons from their possession. Cases have been registered against the accused and further investigation is underway.
