ISLAMABAD: Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, a special iftar arrangement was been made for the police personnel at the Police Lines Headquarters Islamabad during Ramadan.
On this occasion senior officers of Islamabad Police joined the personnel for iftar and special prayers were offered for the police martyrs.
IGP Islamabad said that every officer and personnel of Islamabad Police is determined to fulfill their duties. The role of every police personnel in carrying out their duties is commendable. He expressed pride in the professional skills, bravery and integrity of the Islamabad Police officers. He encouraged all officers and personnel to continue to perform their responsibilities with enthusiasm and in a professional manner during the holy month of Ramadan.
He further said that the purpose of arranging the iftar dinner for police officers and personnel is to boost their morale as they are always striving to ensure the protection of citizens lives and property.
