ISLAMABAD: Following the special directions of the IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the SSP Investigation Usman Tariq Butt visited the Aabpara police station to review measures taken for police officers and public facilitation as well as to address administrative issues.
During the visit he examined police records, checked the malkhana, lockup and assessed the facilities provided to police officers.
Finding lapses in supervision and record keeping he issued show cause notices to the concerned officers.
On this occasion he directed officials to further activate the reconciliation committee and ensure polite and professional behavior with citizens while resolving their issues on a priority basis.
He emphasized that any misconduct or inappropriate attitude towards the public would not be tolerated.
Additionally he instructed officers to prioritize the welfare of police personnel and address their concerns effectively.
