Islamabad: In line with the special directives of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Islamabad Police, Muhammad Jawad Tariq, along with Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations, Muhammad Shoaib Khan, reviewed the security arrangements at recreational spots across the district on Wednesday.
During the visit, DIG Muhammad Jawad Tariq and SSP Operations Muhammad Shoaib Khan assessed the security measures and interacted with the police officers deployed at various duty points. They appreciated the officers for their commitment to public safety and their efforts in maintaining law and order.
Speaking on the occasion, DIG Islamabad stated that Islamabad Police has implemented special security arrangements at recreational sites to ensure the safety of citizens. He emphasized that the police force is fully dedicated to protecting the lives and property of residents, utilizing all available resources to maintain peace and security in the federal capital.
He further reiterated that no elements will be allowed to disrupt public peace, and strict action will be taken against any attempts to compromise security.
The Islamabad Police remains committed to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all citizens and visitors.
