Tech integration key to effective public service delivery: IGP

ISLAMABAD: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi held an important meeting to review the overall law and order situation and security arrangements at Central Police Office Islamabad.
The meeting was attended by DG Safe City Islamabad Shakir Hussain Dawar and AIG Operations Muhammad Arsalan Shahzaib.
On this occasion, the IGP Islamabad held a comprehensive discussion on the improved use of technology, public service facilitation and the overall law and order and security landscape.
He issued instructions to strengthen coordination among all divisions and ensure the provision of safe and effective services to the public.
IGP Islamabad directed the officers to adopt effective strategies for maintaining peace, protecting public and private property and preventing crime.
He emphasized the use of all available resources to safeguard the lives and property of citizens.
He further stated that maximum use of modern techniques must be ensured to provide citizens with enhanced facilities across all platforms. He added that establishing peace, controlling crime and providing maximum facilities to citizens are among the top priorities of Islamabad Police.
