SSP Operations Islamabad briefs police guides posted at Police Stations

ISLAMABD: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Islamabad Muhammad Shoaib Khan, held a meeting with police guides appointed at all police stations across the city. During the briefing, he directed them to ensure the timely provision of facilities to citizens visiting the stations.
He emphasized that all officers must treat citizens seeking assistance with courtesy and provide proper guidance.
He instructed that every citizen’s application should be immediately assigned an E-tag and that citizens should be directed to the inquiry and duty officers.
He further directed all guides to provide immediate assistance to complainants, with special attention to women and elderly citizens.
All officers must perform their duties with honesty and integrity.
SSP Operations Islamabad added that there will be zero tolerance for corruption.
Negligence or carelessness in the performance of official duties will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Officers demonstrating outstanding performance will be awarded commendation certificates and rewards.
The top priority of Islamabad Police is to ensure the safety of citizens’ lives and property and to provide them with all possible facilities.
