IGP reviews operational, administrative, security matters

ISLAMABAD: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi chaired a meeting at the Central Police Office in Islamabad, where he reviewed the operational, administrative, and security affairs of the Islamabad Police. The meeting was attended by AIG Operations Muhammad Arsalan Shahzaib, the Admin Officer of the CPO, and officers from Safe City Islamabad. During the meeting, the IGP Islamabad directed all officers to implement a coordinated strategy to improve the force’s performance and ensure the safety of citizens.
He further stated that modern techniques and available resources should be utilized in line with current trends to enhance individual performance. He also issued instructions for adopting effective strategies to maintain law and order, protect both private and government property, prevent crime, and safeguard citizens’ lives and property using all available resources.
He emphasized the importance of employing modern methods and ensuring that citizens receive the maximum possible services at every level. Maintaining law and order, preventing crime, and providing essential services to the public remain top priorities for the Islamabad Police.
