ISLAMABAD: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Islamabad Muhammad Shoaib Khan, held a Khuli Kachehri in the Saddar Zone to directly engage with citizens and address their complaints.
The Khuli Kachehri was attended by SP Saddar Zone Kazim Naqvi, SDPOs, SHOs and a large number of local residents. SSP Operations Islamabad attentively listened to the public’s grievances and issued immediate directives to concerned officers for timely redressal.
Speaking on the occasion he emphasized that there is zero tolerance for delays in addressing public complaints. He directed all officers to intensify crackdowns against individuals involved in drug trafficking and the illegal arms trade without any discrimination. He reiterated that the safety of citizens and the delivery of justice remain the top priorities of Islamabad Police.
He urged citizens to participate in open courts without fear and assured that police officers creating obstacles in resolving public issues or involved in corruption will not be tolerated in the department. He stressed that only officers who serve with honesty and dedication have a place in the police force.
Citizens attending the Khuli Kachehri appreciated the initiative and lauded the efforts of SSP Operations Islamabad for ensuring accessibility and accountability within the police system.
